The special aesthetic considerations inherent to worship facilities, and the common need for large clearspan structures in sanctuary areas and multi-purpose facilities are accomplished easily and economically with pre-engineered steel structures.

Featured Project: Good Shepherd Episcopal Church - 8021 W. 21st St., Wichita, KS

Built in 1990, this 16,000 sq. ft. building stands out on west 21st street because of its unique Architectural Design. The design phase of this project involved bringing two congregations together as one. This was a challenging, but very rewarding project, which we are proud to have been involved with.

Architect David Haines designed this project, which indicates his open minded and creative approach to the use of pre-engineered steel structures. This facility is multi-functional with administrative offices, classrooms, a beautiful sanctuary, a multi-purpose fellowship area with a joining kitchen and a built-in baptismal font.

This building was manufactured by VP Buildings and features an 8' high brick wainscot with embossed v-rib metal wall panels above and a colored 26 gauge Panel rib roof.

This project has been featured in trade magazines and advertisements and has won many design awards including the local Kansas Systems Builders Association 1990 Building of the Year Award and the national Systems Builders Association 1990 Building of the Year.
