This 32,622 sf manufacturing and office building features an 8,000 sf partial basement, a unique gable roof entry with two massive dryvit front canopy columns and glass bands reflecting the cost effectiveness of a pre-engineered metal building while exhibiting a very functional and strong architecturally unique design that is representing a pre-engineered building at its best.

6262 W 34th Street South, Wichita, KS
This 50,107 sf office and manufacturing facility is located on a cul-de-sac and has unique features beginning with a custom canopy with white pipe columns which reflect the highly sophisticated nature of the industry. The main building consists of a standing seam roof and ash grey wall panels as a dark and solid background for the bright white canopies, curtain walls with full tinted glass at the main entry and long strips of windows along each side of the office building. These windows provide maximum natural light and add a unique architectural touch that sets this building apart from other pre-engineered buildings. Completed in 2008.

3717 N Ridgewood, Wichita, KS
This building was built where architectural designs along with economical factors were crucial parts of the design elements. The project comprises of two structures of varying height, size and panels. The 13,500 sf shop has a standing seam roof and vee rib wall panels. The 5,000 sf office building is an āLā shaped building hugging one corner of the shop building. A continuous band of windows are placed around the office wall with texture clad panels and the red roof gives this building unique character and a touch of class.
